3AM Theatre is a multidisciplinary performance company that explores the twilight hours, a place in time where perceptions shift and dreams blend with reality.
Combining circus, dance, and physical theatre with kinetic sculpture and innovative lighting design, 3AM strives to create works that encompass visual art and live performance.
The company was founded in 2018 by Kyle Driggs
and Andrea Murillo.
Studio
The company’s studio in Queens, NY - our newest venture - aims to be a hub for a diverse range of independent performing artists to create and perform new work. The company is dedicated to presenting bold new works of theatre, circus, and dance, for both adult and family audiences. In addition to these public performances, the company also offers residency programs to emerging artists who work in these fields. 3AM Theatre also provides production services to peer organizations at a reduced rate, including technical expertise, equipment, and labor.
On September 1st, 3AM unveiled their inaugural fall season.
Eventide
Our evening length indoor theatrical production showcases the visual and technical signature of 3AM. This performance is best suited for stages.
Eventide follows the story of a young couple in a rough patch fueled by thoughtless patterns and personal misgivings. One late night, in a twilight daze, they find the freedom to relive pivotal moments, face hard truths, and pursue reconciliation, healing, and personal growth.
