  • STATES: OBSERVATION - A BUTOH DANCE TRILOGY

    March 5-7

    STATES: OBSERVATION is a Butoh dance trilogy by Scoop Slone that uses quantum physics, improvisation, and the Japanese concept of MA to explore the fluid, probabilistic nature of identity, memory, and the Self as both observer and observed.

    Submissions

    We welcome proposals for new works, showings, rehearsals, and creative experiments that require a flexible, fully equipped performance space.

    Our theater is also available for private rentals, from classes and rehearsals to photo shoots, filming, meetings, and special events.
